6sliceslotus rootif you’re using dry root you’ll have to soak it for some 30min and then use the water of soaking

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the medium heat.
When it starts to boil, lower the heat to a minimum and cook for 20 minutes. It is important that the fire is very weak so that the water does not boil and the roots do not lose their properties.
Drink the tea while is hot.

You can use both, ginger and lotus root, to use in some veggies sauté or any other meal you like. 🙂
